Of course they can, people should stop putting stereotypes on everyone one. I like to see a rule written in stone saying white people can't listen to rap music and black people cant love rock or punk.

Why not? If done right, I think it could look truly amazing and unique. The person would just have to make sure that the style matches their personality and looks well.

Well first off dont follow "labels " wear what you want. And yeah why not? Like i say wear what YOU like.
