Dress Emo Stuff. Nothing Feels Good: Punk Rock, Teenagers, And Goth.

Question: Should i dress emo, or keep it consealed?

I am kinda emo, I have problems, I listen to the music but I try not to look emo because none of my friends are or like emos and would just cause me grief I dress in black, I wear jeans but not tight ones I have long emo ish hair, but its my natural blonde hair color and I wear black hoodies, should I go full out and show my true colors or hide it?

You can go full out dress like an emo become an semi outcast or you can wear what you are and not what you think you are. I say what you think you are simply because you used the term emo and emos along with taking in mind that you say you have problems. I am your "emo " its called EMOD not emo and it doesn't mater what you wear thats the false sight of how people see us. I do wear black and black hoodies but i wear what i feel like in fact i only found out that im a True EMOD 3 years after i started wearing black. My advice too you is don't dress emo or try too look emo yes it will only get you grief instead live your life with your friends if your truly an emod then the rest follows you don't decide it.

I have very deep emotional issues. i need a counselor but i don't tell my parents. i wear a lot of black and a ton of eyeliner. i don't think your clothing has any connection to your emotions. i just wear what i like.

,I always think... a person should be free to express themselves. If you are old enough and feel it is the right thing for you I think you would. I was never one to follow a crowd, or dress a certain way, But if that makes you feel better then by all means put on the "clothes "But you must ask your self at the same time what are you trying to hide...
