Go to dollar tree and buy black eyeliner. you can go to any store and get a black tee. maybe at ross u can get skinny jeans. if u want a top under 30 dollars u can go 2 hot topic. search online if u want further help.

Black tank top with a neon tank top under it. Either plaid skirt, black and neon tutu, or black parachute pants for bottoms. You can use either clip-ons or temporary hair dye and put in some neon streaks. Coloerful smokey eyes, red lips, pale face.

Well you could do maybe like wensday from addams family, or a dark fairy,maybe a gothic vampire too. but id go with the wensday costume. you could get a black skirt, and maybe long up to the elbow black collar shirt and hair in pigtails with black and grey stockings and black converse and dark make up. maybe if you get into it get a doll with its head off xD. my friend was that for a halloween pageant and she won most creative and everyone loved it too!(:

Let's see........ Do you have a sister or a girl-friend that would be willing to let you borrow a pair of her black jeans (if so then you basically have a start). If your a girl then that won't be a problem. Also try adding a red or purple streak to your dyed straight, black hair; wear a belt (preferably white, red or pink---so it stands out against your black clothes), get some eye liner, (you already have the converse, so that's a check off the list).

Black jeans Black tshirt ir top dont wash ur hair that day and tease it wear white foundation find some bright red lip stick, eye liner and mascarra. also if u want to go more wild, $2 shop quite often sells fake blood and dribble it down your face and neck, last year we also got a teddy bear and cut it open and stuck some fake blood in it. Not too expensive if u go $2 shop and looks quite effective

All you need is eyeliner and tight jeans. For a shirt you can just get anything that you think looks emo.
