Yeah, you are. Are you a boy or a girl? Nevermind- I saw your name and picture-I'll tell you a short story about you kids these days....when I was a kid there was no such thing as depression. I went outside and played, built forts, kissed girls, made things with my dads hammer or pocket knife. When we had a problem, we worked it out ourselves and didn't whine or cry about it. The only time I cut myself was when the knife slipped off the spear I was making. I was taught CHARACTER. When I was 8 or 10 I built a raft out back of the house near the Ohio river- I was going to cross it by myself, hell or highwater. I got halfway across and my raft sank. I had to swim back to the Ohio side beating the Carp and Catfish off me with a piece of log. A year later I did it again, this time making it across. I was 10 or under. That kid, is called CHARACTOR- and you kids these days don't have it. I had my first woman at 13 and my first job a year later. By the time I was 16 I was riding motorcycles and at 18 I was overseas with an M-16 shooting bad guys for YOUR freedom to cry / cut all the time. Back then, there were no EMOS, or Goths or whatever else. There were men and boys. Oh, and there were losers .....

Yes, you are! But apparently being EMO nowaday is just a fashion trend... Most people wear eyeliners, wear black...etc for the fashion purpose not because they are depress Anyways if you really are depress, talk to someone about it. Don't hurt yourself, hurting yourself is the worse.

Depression and cutting are serious problems, and they have been dumbed down by the stupid emo trend. A depressed person is not emo, and a person that wears eyeliner and listens to screamo is not depressed.

Yes you are, but not because of your "scary " music or your Hot Topic clothes. You're emo because you seen to be an attention whore and want to fall into a catagory that isn't generally accepted. By the way, screamo music isn't scary, black metal and death metal are. No self respecting metalhead would call their music "screamo ".
