Is harajuku emo only it's from Japan. Or is there a difference? Their styles look the same to me.

Harajuku is more visual kei (google that) in addition to other trends, i forget their names, but things like gothic lolita, dressing up in animal pajamas, etc... emo and harajuku fashion are complete opposites. emo "fashion " is dark, stoic, and neutral colors. Harajuku is all about loud, edgy clothing/ hair styles...

Dude are you fu*king crazy? Harajuku is something completely different. With harajuku you have many different styles of harajuku & it's completely individual & edgy. What you're talking about is "scene " not "emo " cause "emo " is the music genre & "scene " is the fashion.
