A youth subculture and type of music, I think they are kinda like Goths but less into death, but still into negative emotions in general, the most famous band that is sometimes called emo is Weiser

Someone who listins to peoples every word there by living by their expectations and never getting over something, thinking to phucking negative about everything, GIVING THEIR WHOLE HEARTS OUT FOR THE FIRST PERSON THEY MEET THEN GETTING OBVIOUSLY HEARTBROKEN, THEN STAYS IN THEIR ROOM HEARING SAD MUSIC AND SAYS ITS MY TYPE OF LIFE THEIR SINGING ABOUT, THEN DOING SUCIDE AT THE END ALL BECAUSE THEY NEVER GET OVER NOTHING AND JUST FUCKING TAKE IT LIKE A KID AND NOT AN ADULT!!!!!!!

Emo according to my ex-gf is not a clothing style but an attitude beyond that i do not know the correct or near the full meaming of it..... i do know is that they tend to be different

It started out as a sub genre of punk music--emocore, or emotive hardcore. It now means a teenager with black hair and side bangs. Comes with the cutting and depressed stereotype. Also a comedian with the last name of Phillips.

A style of music that is very emotional and melodramatic. it diverged from punk in the '80s, the name "emo " is derived from the emotive style of the lyrics and music. Now I'll admit some of the music I do listen to definitely is emo, as I do like sad themed music no matter the genre. Besides the music aspect, emo also refers to the style of dress and hair cut. Emo people are generally described as looking this way: * tight jeans on males and females * long fringe (bangs) brushed to one side of the face or over one or both eyes * dyed black, straight hair * tight t-shirts (sometimes short sleeved) which often bear the names of rock * bands (or other designer shirts) * studded belts * belt buckles * canvas sneakers or skate shoes or other black shoes (often old and beaten up)

On R &S, its regulars who paired up in the cyber realm then had a falling out and started to get all emo in their QnAs...like last night when......... They are cousins to drama queens...lots of suicidal ideation and cutters...I'd name names but that would just be rude...lol.

A style of music that should be googled for best understanding, but it is also a "social niche " found in High Schools. For whatever reason they all evolve into normal people or "Hipsters " in college.
